Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Codexa Web Solutions website
(codexawebsolutions.com) and any services you purchase from us,
including website development, WordPress development, SEO, PPC, digital marketing, and app development.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Codexa Web Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to website development, WordPress
development, SEO services, PPC management, digital marketing, social media marketing, graphic design, and
app development. The exact scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon separately with
the client before work begins, typically via a proposal, quotation, or invoice.

Project Process & Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate project requirements, content, and materials needed to complete the work.
• Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or unresponsive communication from the client’s side may extend project timelines.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables at each agreed milestone.

Payments & Pricing

• Service pricing is communicated in advance and confirmed before project work begins.
• Projects may require an advance/upfront payment, with the remaining balance due upon milestones or completion, as agreed per project.
• Ongoing services (SEO, PPC, digital marketing) are billed on a recurring basis as agreed in the service package.
• Late or missed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or services.

Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, labor, and resources from the start of a project, advance payments are
generally non-refundable once work has begun. Refund requests, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case
basis and are at the sole discretion of Codexa Web Solutions.

Intellectual Property

Full ownership of the final approved deliverables (website, designs, code, or marketing assets) transfers
to the client only after full payment has been received. Codexa Web Solutions retains the right to display
completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Some services may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, plugins, ad platforms such as Google
Ads or Meta Ads, themes, or APIs). Codexa Web Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes,
or costs charged directly by these third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

Codexa Web Solutions will make every reasonable effort to deliver quality services, but we do not guarantee
specific business outcomes, such as search engine rankings, ad performance, or sales results, as these
depend on factors beyond our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from
the use of our services or website.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with prior written notice, as specified in the
individual project agreement. Any work completed and payments due up to the termination date remain payable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services
after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
